The WWE fans in India has now a reason to cheer. WWE Superstar 'The Great Khali' has expressed his desire to visit India by the last week of April. Born in India, Dalip Singh Rana (the real name of Khali) worked as a roadside labourer. Seeing his mammoth physique, the Punjab Police Department offered him a job. Taking a long leave, Khali joined World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 2006. He was the first Indian wrestler to be in WWE. He had a great start in WWE defeating many superstars like The Undertaker, Triple H, Mark Henry, Shawn Michaels, Edge, Randy Orton and John cena. He won the WWE world heavyweight championship too.

The busy wrestler is now a Hollywood actor too. Having acted in hollywood films like 'The longest yard', 'Get Smart' and 'MacGruber', Khali is keen to work in Bollywood, the indian film industry too. Khali is planning to have a short break from the fighting world. He will return to his home town in India and spent some time with his children. He also has a plan to open a wrestling training school in Mumbai where he would train children. He has got a huge fan base in India and everyone are waiting to witness the tallest wrestler of WWE.

With a large Chinese dragon on his back, a red Kanji lettering on his upper left biceps which says Angel, the WWE superstar Batista - The Animal today revealed that Bollywood sensation Aishwarya Rai is his favourite actress and he would love to act with her in a movie.’’I like Aishwarya Rai very much and would love to work with her in a movie,’’ Batista told mediapersons here.

’’I have seen some of her movies in which she looked awesome,’’ he said.Seeing the craze of WWE amongst the genX, Ten Sports today brought Batista to India and in coming years they will organise some WWE fights in India.When asked about his biggest enemy in the ring, The Animal named the Great Khali.

’’Great Khali is my biggest enemy in the ring but outside he is a good friend.’’ Batista was once chopped by The Khali making him feel as though his spine had been nearly bent in half.He also disclosed that the fight which they do in the ring is not real and everything pre-planned.’’We only entertain the fans and it’s all pre-planned.His ring name (The Animal) came from Jim Ross, one of WWE’s announcers, because he wrestled like an Animal and also slapped his chest with his left hand that signalled animal instincts.

It’s not often that 2.01 m tall Bok vice-captain Victor Matfield gets to look up to someone. That is exactly what he did when the Springbok team crossed paths with the WWE SuperStars at Cardiff Airport on Sunday.

The American wrestlers had touched down in the Welsh capital just as the Bok squad was getting ready to fly to Edinburgh on the second leg of its end-of-season Northern Hemisphere tour.

As the excited Bok players were spotting their favourite wrestlers, man-mountain Kali stopped to greet them and have his picture taken. He made the pride of South Africa look small in comparison.

Matfield, a tower of strength in the Bok second-row, was dwarfed by the seven-foot giant who chatted briefly before moving off to the waiting bus.

Eduardo Gory "Eddie" Guerrero Llanes (October 9, 1967 – November 13, 2005) was a Mexican-American professional wrestler born into the Guerrero wrestling family. He wrestled in Mexico and Japan for several major professional wrestling promotions in the United States Guerrero wrestled in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and in World Wrestling Entertainment (then WWF, later renamed to WWE). Guerrero's gimmick was that of "Latino Heat", a crafty, resourceful wrestler who would do anything to win a match. His catch phrase became "Cheat to Win." Despite being a villain for most of his career, he got over in and outside the ring. Another one of Guerrero's famous slogans was "I Lie! I Cheat! I Steal!," which was used in one of his entrance themes. Guerrero partly used this phrase in his autobiography Cheating Death, Stealing Life.

Oscar Gutierrez (born December 11, 1974)[3] is a Mexican-American professional wrestler better known by his ring name Rey Mysterio. He is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), wrestling on its SmackDown brand. Gutiérrez was trained by his uncle Rey Misterio and wrestled early on in Mexico where he learned the Lucha Libre high flying style that has been his trademark. Despite weighing only 175 lb (79 kg) Gutiérrez has achieved success wrestling in both the heavyweight and cruiserweight weightclasses, as well as tag team competition. He is also known for the way he follows the Mexican luchador traditions.
Gutiérrez originally worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) in Mexico, from 1992 to 1995. Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), from 1995 to 1996 and World Championship Wrestling, from 1996 to 2001, as Rey Misterio, Jr./Rey Mysterio, Jr. but dropped the "Junior" from his name when he began working for the WWE in 2002.
